Human-first healthcare systems
LifeCo is a healthcare company with one simple yet abitious goal - making healthcare human again. LifeCo achieves this through creating an entire healthcare system focus on rapid response and clarity into what is going on behind the “white curtain”. LifeCo contracted me for three months to lead the product design of their IOS app for patients. The goal of this app was to provide patients a simple way to chat with their care team and access their medical history. I performed user research, designed over eighty screens, and conducted several rounds of user research in order to reach this goal.
